Working with Us

The majority of Leveda’s staff are Community Support Workers who provide direct support to clients. The support provided varies greatly depending on the need of clients and may include direct support with household tasks and personal care through to general supervision and guidance. In summary, a Community Support Worker provides the necessary support for an individual with a disability to live a successful active and integrated life in the community.

Hours of Work
Hours of work are based on the support need of clients, and in the main direct service delivery staff are required to work afternoon, evening, early morning and weekend shifts. Staff may also be required to work sleepovers or active night duty. Weekend and evening shifts attract penalty rates. Potential employees must be willing to work these shifts.

Qualifications
There are minimum pre-requisites and qualifications needed to work at Leveda and we can assist potential employees in gaining the minimum pre-requisites.
