We recognise that not all individuals seeking employment with us will have all the necessary pre-requisites to employment, or existing skills so Leveda is committed to supporting potential employees to achieve these.
Pre-Requisites to Employment
Individuals applying for work at Leveda as a Community Support Worker must meet a number of minimum pre-requisite requirements. To be considered for employment applicants must have:
• Certificate III Disability (or equivalent)
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current Manual Handling Certificate (obtained in the last 12 months)
In addition applicants must also have;
• A current medical check (obtained in the last six months)
• A current Police Check (obtained in the last three months)
Leveda may be able to assist potential employees in gaining the pre-requisites for employment.
