Working at Leveda

Ninety percent of Leveda’s staff are Community Support Workers who provide direct support to clients.  The support provided varies greatly depending on the needs of clients and may include direct support with household tasks, cooking and personal care, to general supervision and guidance.  In summary, a Community Support Worker provides the necessary support for an individual with a disability to live successfully in the community.

Time Requirements

Most work at Leveda is the evenings, early morning or weekends, and could also include sleepovers or active night duty.  Weekends and evening shifts attract penalty rates.  Potential employees must be willing to work these shifts.
